Disconnect a platform (immediate)

An administrator of your organization can revoke any connected platform from Theo Console → Connectors → Revoke. Revocation deletes the stored access credentials immediately; the platform connection stops working on the next request.

Remove the app from your Meta account

You can also remove the app directly on Meta: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove the app. Meta then sends us a deletion callback and we delete the credentials and cached platform data associated with your authorization.

Full account/data deletion

To request deletion of your user account or your organization's data, email periel@wearegrowth.co from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm completion within 30 days. Ad drafts, uploaded media, audit records, and cached platform data associated with the deleted scope are removed; minimal records required for legal/billing compliance may be retained where applicable law requires.
